Greg pursued a career in building, learning all facets of
construction, later moving to California where he partnered with a
friend to start a General Contracting company.
2006 saw a change of direction for Greg when he learned about the
many benefits of Industrial Hemp and it's applications,
particularly in regard to construction, to reduce the CO2 emitted
from mineral based building products and to increase indoor air
quality.
In 2008 Greg co-founded Hemp Technologies (USA) Inc. in Asheville,
NC, to build healthy, energy saving homes with Hemp+Lime.
Greg is a
qualified Chef, plays Scottish BagPipes and enjoys golf, tennis and
fishing.

The son of a military father, David moved around alot but finally settled in Asheville, NC.
David graduated with a degree in
economics and began his career in San Francisco's Banking and
Finance industry. It wasn't long before David's
entrepreneurial spirit kicked in and he started his first
business.
Years later David started Madera Contracting and Design in Venice
Beach, CA. where he completed many custom building
projects.
David was also looking for sustainable, green building products for
his projects when his partner, Greg, called about
Hempcrete.
Together with Greg, David co-founded Hemp technologies, Inc. to
build sustainable, clean air projects in North America. "There is
no question on how green this product is" said David in a recent
Public radio interview.
David is an avid yoga practitioner and enjoys golf and reading for
relaxation.

Well versed in current affairs, world
policy and economics, Albert is very health conscious and enjoys
running, hiking, martial arts and breathing techniques.

Hemp Technologies is a member of The Hemp Industries Association a non-profit trade group representing hemp companies, researchers and supporters. HIA has been at the forefront of the drive for fair and equal treatment of Industrial Hemp since 1992.
Hemp Technologies is a member of the Canadian Hemp Trade Alliance. Canadian farmers and businesses are interested in the growing business of hemp as it realizes its potential to produce healthy food and environmentally-friendly products, including paper, textiles, bio-composites and sustainable building materials.

Hemp Technologies is a
member of The International Hemp Building Association.
The IHBA
develops, promotes and supports the production and use of all hemp
based construction materials and their by-products in a sustainable
and bio-regional manner for the benefit of the ecology and
communities of all regions of the world.
