4th hemp building permit issued by New Plymouth District Council, commenced construction last week of Nov., 2015 with Cavalier Homes as lead builder. Grand Designs (NZ) have taken an interest and we started filming last week of the month. Check back or bookmark for ongoing blog of this project. 
Dec. 26, 2015 Cupolex foundation system being installed at 12" height
Dec. 3, 2015 4" slab poured
Dec. 15 - pre-framing standing
H3.2 treated stud framing set to inside edge of 10" thick wall
Dec. 18 - roof trusses going up, hopefully before Xmas :)
Jan. 29th, 2016 - 1st day of Hemp Busting with a camera man looking over our shoulders for Grand Designs

Feb. 1st, 2016 - Greg and Gale look pleased that we've started hemp busting their new home !
Feb. 7th, 2016 - Hempcrete breathing thru the Magnum Board the ways it's supposed to.
